Summary:
We are actively seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior Cross Workstream Tech Lead for a critical new development project. This role is a unique opportunity for a leader who will be 60% hands-on development and delivery and 40% focused on technical mentorship, client interaction and team management. The project involves the rewrite of a legacy system for a prominent financial client. The ideal candidate will bring a perfect blend of hands-on technical expertise and effective team mentorship. This role demands proficiency in .NET development, Dapper, SQL Server, React, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and a commitment to robust development standards. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to mentor teams, conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), make build vs. buy decisions based on supporting research, and possess good knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automation and custom scripting.
