As a Reservations Administrative Specialist at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and detailed operations within our reservations department. Job Functions:Â
- Process a variety of transactions in Clarity, other internal systems, and third-party systems with outstanding precision and attention to detail.Â
- Maintain adherence to departmental quality and precision standards, actively seeking feedback and mentorship to consistently surpass performance expectations.Â
- Proactively participate in team meetings and feedback sessions, contributing positively to our collaborative work environment.Â
- Immediately notify the Supervisor of any issues with computer equipment, Clarity, I3, and other systems to support maximum efficiency and productivity.Â
- Adhere strictly to assigned shift schedules, including breaks, lunch, and task assignments.Â
- Actively support new team members during their onboarding and training, offering product knowledge, sharing standard methodologies, and providing general support to peers.Â
- Align with customer information and data security processes to ensure the highest level of data integrity.Â
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and requests for call-backs within established response time standards, ensuring outstanding customer service.Â
- Resolve issues or complaints by conducting detailed research, identifying solutions, advancing matters to the Supervisor when necessary, and ensuring timely implementation.Â
- Complete all required company training and compliance courses as assigned, maintaining adherence to company standards and policies.Â
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team.Â
Qualifications
