What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional results on complex data center construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Project Oversight: Manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and vendor relationships across multiple small- to medium-sized projects or a single large-scale initiative.
• Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Document Management: Maintain a comprehensive repository of project documents, including drawings, submittals, engineering specs, and meeting minutes.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of labor and delivery schedules.
• Process Improvement: Develop and refine policies, guidelines, and standards, and represent the organization in professional forums and committees.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a results-driven leader with:

• Experience: 3-10 years of project management experience, ideally in electrical construction or a related field.
• Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering (required).
• Industry Expertise: Direct experience in data center environments (non-negotiable).
• Certifications: A Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• Completion of OSHA 30-hour and CPR training is highly valued.
