We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, with a proven track record of analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to optimize our Salesforce platform and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Service and Experience Cloud functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- System Configuration & Management:
- Configure Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, to meet business needs.
- Maintain system integrity and ensure data quality across all Salesforce environments.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide support to end-users, addressing issues and questions regarding Salesforce functionalities.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- Develop test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system changes.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Leverage Salesforce reporting tools to create dashboards and reports that provide insights into system performance and user activity.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Salesforce.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations and configurations.
- Past Salesforce Development experience preferred.
- Hands on Salesforce configuration savvy. Must be handy and willing to troubleshoot issues and perform a root cause analysis within the realms of salesforce platform.
- Integration experience or familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP BW, HANA, Analytics concepts will be highly preferred.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (required).
- IIBA Certification (Preferred)
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification (preferred).
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform including configuration, data management, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
- Experience with integrations and APIs related to Salesforce.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
WORK EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in client software solutions design or management of IT Operations.
