Responsibilities

• Supports a culture of continuous improvement with a hands-on approach. 
• Ensures alignment to the Hillcrest Health System operational plan, by initiating, leading, and facilitating strategic process improvement projects and utilizing project management principles within the business and clinical areas of Hillcrest Health System. 
• Promotes a culture of excellence through the facilitation of a robust daily management program; providing training, expert coaching and team leadership, and assisting employees and department leaders in making strategies actionable. 
• Engages in constant and collaborative internal and external communication regarding best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Five (5) years Healthcare experience

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Credentials
