WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:Â
- Analyze and enter new business applications, policy applications, policy changes, cancellations, and reinstatementsÂ
- Process client database changes and enter miscellaneous policyholder transactionsÂ
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures, including workflowsÂ
- Manage and maintain weekly production reports and submit to management within specified deadlinesÂ
- Crosstrain in other policy service areas as needed and attain proficient knowledge of all appropriate lines of business, coverages, and ratingsÂ

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Â
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; High School Diploma requiredÂ
- Extensive experience in data entry and handling sensitive information with strong tenure in previous positionsÂ
- Ability to work effectively in an independent settingÂ
- Must possess strong data entry, analytical problem solving, and computer skillsÂ
- Ability to work in-office in Raleigh, NCÂ
