Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing MRI cross sectional imaging and other related procedures as directed by a licensed physician.Â
- Operates and monitors MRI equipment.Â
- May assist in other areas as requested.Â
- Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Associates Degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent
- Training in Radiology, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and/or Cross Sectional Anatomy
- ARRT, ARDMS or equivalent registered or eligible
- Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire. Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry
- BLS required
Preferred Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- Formal MRI Education
- Three (3) years experience in a hospital environment
