Under general direction from the Team Manger and in conjunction with team members, contribute to company quality and service commitments by safely operating and maintaining high speed digital press and inline equipment.  Advance setups, changeovers and maintenance may be automated, manual or a combination of both.
Shift/Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:30am

Maintain performance of systems and quality of products including but not limited to process control, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and training.
Follow all established processes associated with the operation of the High Speed Inkjet and all complex in-line finishing equipment
Setup, operate, and maintain single or multiple copies of variable data using High Speed Inkjet and all associated complex in-line equipment following all checks in place.
Read and understand job ticket/digital run list and reprint damaged documents on a daily basis
Maintain knowledge of the press, current printing processes, develop continuous process improvements that support the Lean philosophy and work environment.
Communicate with Project Mangers, Team Managers, Vendors and others to ensure documents meet established standards, curriculum and deadlines
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 4 years Of Printing experience
Familiar with product, equipment, finishing, printing process and ink usage. Basic math and reading skills; basic computer knowledge. Must be proficient with PCs and possess a mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain press and in-line finishing as required.Â
Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 4 years Of Printing experience
Familiarity with Lean principles
Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills at All Levels
Flexible and Agile to Business Flow
Self-Reliant, Well-Organized with the Ability to Multitask and a Willingness to Drive Change
Ability to perform work safely with a high level of accuracy
