What you will be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate customer service activities, focusing on efficient delivery and customer satisfaction during shift
  • Support corporate mission, goals and management decisions
  • Strive to increase number of customers and establish loyalty through maximum service-quality while strictly following guidelines and assuring new quality standards and technologies are immediately implemented
  • Help co-workers in resolving problems
  • Ensue management is aware of customer complaints regarding services and procedures as well as extraordinary occurrences during shift.
  • Uphold sound communication and information flow with other teams and departments
  • Plans and prepares shift schedules
  • Advise management on planning and execution of staff training
