We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in a center based program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children with behavioral issues and have experience in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, providing parent training, and conducting data analysis. The BCBA will also collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Must have an active BCBA license.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement behavior plans.
Conduct functional assessments of behavior.
Monitor and evaluate progress of clients.
Provide training and support to caregivers.
Analyze data and interpret results.
Develop and maintain records of client progress.
Provide consultation to other professionals in the field.
Collaborate with other professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.

Pay: $105,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
