TRC’s client is a leader in healthcare technology looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their growing team on a full-time, direct hire basis in the Charlotte, NC area.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions, including dashboards and visualizations. 
  • Collaborate with department leaders to create and optimize intelligent reports. 
  • Automate and implement self-serve data models to reduce reporting time. 
  • Conduct training to enhance organizational knowledge of data analytics. 
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for reporting and analytics issues. 
  • Explore machine learning capabilities in datasets and integrate findings into business models. 
  • Improve data delivery methods and frequency. 
  • Assist with ad-hoc data analytics and FP&A activities.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics, with expertise in creating complex dashboards 
  • 4+ years of experience in database technologies, focusing on analytical and reporting tools 
  • Experience with SQL and developing complex queries with strong understanding of Power BI DAX 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft stack of reporting and BI tools (ex. Power BI, Fabric, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) 
  • Exceptional analytical skills and communication abilities within all levels of an organization, including stakeholders, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams 
  • Experience in database management, operation, and development preferred
