All Around ABA LLC is seeking an experienced, dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing goal-oriented ABA services for children with autism and their families. **Responsibilities:**

– Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

– Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support children with autism.

– Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

– Maintain accurate and confidential medical records following HIPAA guidelines.

– Provide patient care with a focus on behavioral health and special education needs.

– Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication.

– RBT Trainings and Support

– Parent Trainings

**Requirements:**

– Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

– Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder.

– Proficiency using ReThink.

– Experience in Home Therapy settings.

– Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.

– Knowledge of special education practices and methodologies.

– Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA regulations.

– Strong interpersonal skills for working effectively with individuals and groups.
