Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Overview:

Your Day at Brightside:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Brightside, your role may evolve over time. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and areas for growth.
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of ABA.
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and team members in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
- Oversee data collection procedures and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
- Provide training to caregivers and team members on ABA principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and goal alignment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and communications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about the latest research and trends in ABA through professional development activities.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the BACB.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a BCBA.
- Experience in conducting assessments, developing BIPs, and overseeing ABA programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in data collection software; Rethink experience preferred.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical standards.
