We have a great staff, with over 20 years of experience. We offer the ability for BCBA’s to create their own schedules, so feel free to inquire about that…..

 

Responsibilities:
– Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
– Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum, to provide behavior analysis services
– Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior change and skill development
– Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
– Collaborate with other professionals, such as medical providers and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
– Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

 

BCBA Requirements:

Skills:
– Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
– Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
– Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
– Strong data collection and analysis skills
– Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
