Your job at Heartlinks ABA as a Board Certified Behavior Anaylst/BCBA:
Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders. Students receive direct therapy. The BCBA will be supervised by the Executive Director & Clinical Director.
Duties for our Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBAs include:
Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans
Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Anaylst certification required.
Access to reliable transportation.
Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:
Certified and licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and Trainees

Make a difference in a private practice where you work closely with the owner and other therapists to help develop the transdisciplinary team
Have the freedom to develop treatment plans as you use your own professional judgment; no set curriculum, program requirements, nor clinical supervisor to tell you what you have to do.
Applicant will be responsible for assessing, then developing, and maintaining Individual Behavior Treatment Plans
Applicant will complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies, and other duties within the scope of practice of a BCBA following the BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics.
Applicant should have a strong clinical background in administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language, play, and skill-based assessments (i.e. ABLLS), and implementing, and/or training others using individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula.
Applicant will provide assistance to children with special needs and their families to help them reach individual and family goals.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis
Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Experience providing services to individuals with Autism.
