At Horizon ABA, we are dedicated to providing top-notch ABA therapy services to the Valley. We are seeking our first in-home BCBA to set the standard for ethical, compassionate care. As a BCBA at Horizon, you’ll offer individualized and family-centered behavior analytic services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with outside providers, and maintaining clinical documentation.
Your Role:
- Lead & Inspire: Oversee a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes and create positive experiences for clients.
- Clinical Excellence: Deliver behavior analysis services, manage cases, conduct assessments, and develop strengths-based treatment plans.
- Client & Family Support: Build positive rapport with families and provide caregiver support regularly. Ensure that treatment plans are tailored to each child’s unique needs.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical records, adhere to Board and Arizona Licensing standards while following ethical guidelines.
Schedule
We strive to honor the lives of our families and our technicians, and allow for flexibility in meeting hour requirements. It is up to the BCBA to determine the appropriate schedule for providing case supervision. Mandatory staff meetings are held at multiple times throughout the day to include everyone without disrupting client schedules or requiring staff to take time out of their personal schedule to attend. We know that not all cases have the same workload, so you will work with the Chief Clinical Officer (LBA) to ensure you have a caseload that makes sense.
