SUMMARY:Â Paints parts and mixes paints for the parts on the line; maintains equipment as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looks at paperwork for paint exposures to properly paint the product.
Â
Prepares the parts to be painted.
Â
Paints parts as they move down the assembly line.
Â
NONESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Â
Loads and unloads parts on the line.
Â
Cleans out paint pots.
Â
Cleans the booths and lines.
Â
Performs maintenance and rebuilds paint equipment as needed

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: Â
High school diploma or general education degree (GED): and one to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Â
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Body shop and painting experience is helpful. Knowledge of using spray paints and experience in mixing paints helpful. Ability to analyze and problem-solve required.
