Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in delivering behavioral health services to underserved, rural communities in South Dakota. This telehealth-first role requires periodic travel to South Dakota at least once every 90 days to conduct initial assessments and 90-day follow-ups in person. By joining our team, you’ll be part of alleviating the staffing shortages in rural areas and helping reduce long waitlists for essential behavioral services.
Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
Conduct in-person initial assessments and 90-day follow-ups in South Dakota.
Provide telehealth-based behavioral therapy and ABA interventions.
Develop and modify individualized treatment plans.
Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Requirements for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
BCBA certification (required).
Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
Willingness to travel to South Dakota at least every 90 days (travel reimbursed).
Proficiency in telehealth services and data collection.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
