Responsibilities:
- Develop life-changing, evidence-based programs personalized for each child.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of behavior technicians to ensure quality care.
- Offer parent training to support the implementation of treatment strategies.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure holistic care.

Requirements:
- Must hold certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Utah.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to reliability.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
