Lutheran Hospital’s 6D Geriatric Psych Unit specializes in the unique care of patients ages 55 and older. This unit is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthier and more productive lives through evaluation, treatment, and stabilization of any disturbances of thought, feelings, mood, behavior, and any co-morbidities. As a PRN Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, administering medication and treatments, assessing and coordinating patients’ discharge plans, and monitoring, recording and communicating patients’ condition.Â
