The Vice President of Business Operations for Resort & Club is responsible for monitoring Yield, Rental, Club, and related Operations to improve profitability through ongoing evaluation of financial sustainability, business performance, and cost assessments.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
Brand
- Championing and communicating HGV brand standards to entire enterprise.
- Ensures HGV brand standards are incorporated into all processes and initiatives and implemented across the enterprise.
- Responsible for implementing feedback mechanism with owners, guests and team members regarding brand promise and standards.
Culture
- Responsible for creating and fostering a culture of innovation and execution.
- Maintain high engagement with all team members/departments having an open door policy.
Execution
- Ensures all teams are striving towards a common goal – Brand/Culture/Performance.
- Leads the financial development of business strategy.
- Responsible for providing clear and consistent clarity on business KPI’s and financial performance.
- Provide leadership support to grow revenue, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Talent
- Responsible for hiring and retaining top industry talent to drive performance and competitive advantage.
- Responsible for leadership/team member development and career path.
- Responsible leadership succession planning.

Qualifications
Job Details:

Key Skills:Â
- Knowledge of accounting and finance procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments including Sales & Marketing, Operations and Resort Operations/Hotel GMs. Â
Experience Required:Â
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the vacation ownership industry in Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience leading and managing a team of direct reports (Manager level and above).
