TRC’s client is an established financial institution looking for a Banking Data Entry Clerk to join their team in the Raleigh, NC area.

WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:
- Review business processes, documentation, systems, and accounts to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.
- Maintain the integrity of information reporting systems through daily maintenance and review.
- Ensure all information and supporting documentation is present and correct, all accounts are properly set up, and access is monitored.
- Add, modify, and maintain accounts to comply with applicable regulations and requests.
- Review regulatory holds place on accounts by branch associates and make corrective actions within the accounts as needed.
- Set up customer accounts and safe deposit boxes.
- Provide client service, support, and communication throughout account and compliance activities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred
- Strong data entry experience with exceptional attention to detail
- Previous banking, financial, and/or lending experience required
- Prior experience with various administrative systems and proficiency with MS Suite
- Proven history of longevity and tenure in prior roles
- Ability to work efficiently in independent positions with minimal supervision, as well as collaborative team-based environments
