Can look into full time options as well.
Â
Why would you want to work with us? Here are just a few things that set us apart…
Â
Dr. Brent Bailey opened our practice almost four decades ago in Highlands Ranch, CO on the foundation that placing staff and patients first leads to a successful working environment. Some of our staff members have been with us for more than 20 years! Dr. Heather Leyva joined our staff in 2020.
Â
We believe in allowing the time for our hygienists to develop relationships with patients, so we
allow an hour and a half for new patients and an hour for recare appointments. Our full
time sterilization staff helps prepare and clean your room, as well as help with probing and charting.
Â
We work Monday through Thursday as we believe in a fair and balanced schedule; we are flexible with time off as well.
Â
We offer a full benefit package with healthcare, in house dental care for you and your family, retirement, and other fun extras like at-cost Botox and filler with Dr. Leyva!
Â
We believe in working hard, treating each other well, building relationships, and most
importantly, putting people first – check us out at www.copdo.com and don’t miss taking a peek
at our five-star Google reviews! We really want this to not only be a place you work, but a place
you call home!
