  • Salary is 85-105K. This salary includes base salary + bonus structure

 

Duties/Responsibilities

 

  • Provide behavior-analytic services
  • Provide supervision to BTs/RBTs
  • Conduct regular parent training sessions
  • Conduct assessments and reassessments
  • Conduct treatment planning sessions
  • Coordinate care wtih primary care physicians & other professionals
  • Manage own schedule and caseload

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) per state requirements (if applicable)
  • Completion of BCBA supervision training
  • 1+ years’ experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • To complete the physical demands of the job (frequent sitting and standing, sitting on and getting up from the floor, kneeling, bending, and running with children) you must be able to: Stand and move for at least 75% of the day; lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds
