Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and interpret results.
Design and oversee behavior-analytic interventions.
Develop and apply assessment and intervention methods for various cases, even in new situations.
Train others to implement ethical and effective behavior interventions based on research.
Submit session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans on time.
Ensure ABA providers collect accurate data according to The Learning Tree’s policies.
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise ABA Paraprofessionals and RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Provide 1:1 direct supervision and guidance to team members.
Update treatment plans based on data and ongoing assessments.
Oversee the collection of appropriate and accurate data.
Conduct face-to-face parent training and treatment planning as needed.
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
BCBAÂ Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required
Possess an active, valid and unrestricted certificate(s)/ license(s) to perform applied behavior analytic services in the State where services are being provided
Have the ability to travel to and between client locations
