 Responsibilities
 As a Majestic Care BCBA, you’ll be:
 • Crafting tailored, evidence-based intervention plans.
• Setting the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional and ethical standards.
• Leading and inspiring your team to achieve the highest standards of care.
• Collaborating across diverse groups for consistent and effective interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
• Develop child-specific behavior plans in accordance with the principles of ABA.
• Train, manage, and retain a team of Behavior Technicians who directly report to the Supervising Clinician. Â
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with families and other service providers.
• Engage parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes.
• Review RBTs session notes for content and accuracy on a daily basis.
• Will attend first session of every client with RBT present.
• Promote the growth of Majestic Care’s mission and values and assist in the pursuit of collaborative opportunities within the field and the community.
• Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.

 Minimum Qualifications:
• A Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
• An active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• BCBA for at least 1 year.
• Clear background check.
• An active and valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods of time.
